In the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Jerry P. Hansen, the appellant, sued the City of Laurel (“the City”), the appellee, alleging that he was terminated from his position with the City as a result of age and disability discrimination, in violation of section 2-222 of the Prince George’s County Code.
