Defendant Roland Schuster appeals his conviction for engaging in a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848. Defendant argues that the conviction, imposed by the jury after he had pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to import and distribute marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 963 and 846, violated his fifth amendment right against double jeopardy.
