In 1929 the license of plaintiff in error to practice law in the State of Texas was by judgment of the Seventeenth District Court of Tarrant County revoked, because of fraudulent and dishonest conduct as an attorney. In 1933 he filed his petition in the same court for reinstatement, alleging facts which would, if found true, authorize the court to restore to him the privilege of practicing law.
