The plaintiff in this employment discrimination suit claims that he was wrongfully terminated by the United States Postal Service and that his civil rights were violated. In the process of discovery, the defendant deposed the plaintiff’s expert witness, Dr. John Felber. Thereafter, the plaintiff requested that the defendant pay Dr. Felber a fee of $450 per hour for the time spent in the deposition.1 *339Fed.R.Civ.P., Rule 26(b)(4)(C).
