Plaintiffs bring this purported class action suit against loan servicers and insurers. Plaintiffs are borrowers who were required to pay their loan servicers for lender-placed insurance in connection with their residential mortgage loans.1 Plaintiffs allege that the loan servicers purchased lender-placed insurance policies from the insurers under exclusive and illegal arrangements that included kickbacks from the insurers.
