The object of the bill is to redeem certain lands in the township of Milburn, Union county, from the effect of a sale thereof by the collector of taxes of that township to the defendant Specht for the term of thirty years.
The taxes for which the lands were sold were assessed in the year 1893, and the sale took place on the 8th of July, 1895, and on the 10th of July, 1895, less than two years after the assessment, a certificate of sale was made and issued to Specht, the purchaser.
