Appellant seeks by writ of certiorari to' review and reverse an order, of the State Industrial Accident Board reopening claimant’s case and awarding him additional compensation.

Claimant was employed by respondent as a motor- ■ man working ten hours per day at an average weekly wage of $16.25. .On .July 22, 1913, his car was in a collision which resulted in a compound fracture of his left leg above the ankle.
