This is an action to recover possession of real estate and involves the construction of the provisions of a deed of conveyance. 'The plaintiff in error, Robert J. Edwards, was the owner of a tract of land within the limits of the city of Oklahoma City. The quarter section, of which the land in dispute is a part, was all owned by one Parleir who conveyed to Edwards and Cook the portion in controversy, and Cooke conveyed his interest to Edwards.
