This is an action of ejectment, by appellee, against appellants. The land in controversy is 9 and 9-100 acres, being 38 and 26-100 rods square, in the northwest corner of the south-east quarter of the north-west quarter of section 28, township 38, north, range 14, east, in Cook county, Illinois. The litigation is between appellee and Henry H. Gage, they each claiming title to the premises.
