Craig J. Morrison appeals the decision of the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission (“Commission”) finding that Mighty Maids, Inc., International Home Cleaning, Inc., and Mr. Morrison were en gaged in a partnership and as such, were jointly and severally liable for unpaid unemployment contributions owed by Mighty Maids, Inc.

Prior to 1993, Mr. Morrison operated a nationally franchised residential cleaning service known as Merry Maids as a sole proprietor. On May 1, 1993, he formed a corporation, Mighty Maids, Inc., which engaged primarily in residential home cleaning…
