Presently before the Court are the following motions: (1) plaintiffs’ motion to compel discovery; (2) defendant’s motion for a protective order; (3) plaintiffs' motion for leave to file a supplemental brief; and (4) plaintiffs’ motion for leave to file an affidavit. Both sides also have filed objections to affidavits submitted by the opposition.
