Plaintiff, Stolaruk Corporation, sought to recover from defendants Strada Asphalt Paving Company, Angelo’s Crushed Concrete, Inc., and Dominic Iafrate (hereafter defendants Strada) costs that it incurred during the cleanup of certain contaminated real property. Stolaruk also claimed that defendant Central National Insurance Company was obligated under a contract of insurance to honor its claim for coverage regarding the same cleanup.
