Plaintiff Maribel Valentin (‘Valentin”) filed this action against defendant Crozer-Chester Medical Center (“Crozer”); she alleged unlawful national origin discrimination and retaliation because she filed charges of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”), pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. 2000e, et seq.
