In this consolidated case, this Court has once again been called upon to address the viability of claims asserted against the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company (“Goodyear”) by former employees or survivors of employees of Kelly-Springfield Tire Company (“Kelly-Springfield”). 1 Like other plaintiffs in earlier suits filed against Goodyear in this Court, the plaintiffs in these sixty-six consolidated cases 2 have alleged that they are entitled to compensation from Goodyear under various tort theories for occupational diseases contracted by them during…
