GRAHAM, District Judge.
This is a personal injury action brought by plaintiff Rosemary Sova, an Ohio resident, against defendant Atkinson & Mullen Travel, Inc. d/b/a/ Apple Vacations, a Pennsylvania corporation. The action was originally filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Franklin County, Ohio on January 23, 1997, and was removed by the defendant to this court on February 27, 1997 on the jurisdictional basis of the diversity of citizenship of the parties.
