DiCLERICO, District Judge.

The plaintiff, Dorothy Patrick, fell while walking through a “restricted area” of Logan Airport with a tour group when the group was transferring between planes. Patrick alleges negligence claims against the Massachusetts Port Authority (“Mass-port”), Collette Tours, Inc., Northwest Airlines, Inc., and AMR Corporation. The plaintiff alleges subject matter jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship pursuant to 28 U.S.C.A. § 1332.
