Thomas Danson was found guilty by a jury, in the magistrate division, of using a telephone to annoy, intimidate and harass another person in violation of I.C. § 18-6710. 1 A magistrate entered a judgment of conviction and sentenced Danson to 120 days in the county jail, with 80 days suspended. On appeal, the district court affirmed.
