MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

This matter is before the court for a decision on the merits following a bench trial. On November 25, 1987, the FDIC filed an action against defendants Y. Edgar Stanley, Robert Marcuccilli, Judith Stanley, David DeHart, Wayne Roe 1 , Dan Stanley, Gilbert Bierman, and John Boley.
