Plaintiffs Malik M. Hasan, M.D. and Seeme G. Hasan appeal from the entry of summary judgment against them and the denial of their motion for leave to amend their complaint by the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. Plaintiffs sought to recover under an insurance policy with Defendant AIG Property Casualty Co. for the alleged loss of wine bottles that were not delivered to them by a retailer whom they had paid for the wine.
