The Board on Professional Responsibility (the “Board”) recommends that respondent, Mark S. Ferber, be disbarred pursuant to D.C.Code § ll-2503(a) (1995) for conviction of a crime involving moral turpitude. Bar Counsel has informed the court that it takes no exception to the Board’s report and recommendation. Respondent has not filed an exception or a brief. . We .adopt the Board’s recommendation.
