This is an accelerated appeal from the trial court’s order denying Mark Anthony Gonzalez’s application for writ of habeas corpus seeking a reduction in bail. We affirm.

BACKGROUND

Gonzalez is charged with capital murder, specifically the murder of Sergeant Kenneth Vann of the Bexar County Sheriffs Department. Gonzalez’s bail was set at $1,500,000.00.
