Appellant Rigo Guerra was charged with three felonies: capital murder, aggravated robbery, and unauthorized use of a vehicle. Bail was originally set at $1,000,000, and Guerra filed an application for writ of ha-beas corpus seeking a reduction in his bail. 1 After a hearing, the trial court reduced Guerra’s bail to $950,000. Guerra appeals, claiming his pretrial bail is excessive. We affirm the trial court’s order.
