FOLLAND, Justice.

The purpose of this proceeding is to test the jurisdiction of the Third judicial district court in and for Salt Lake county to conduct an inquisition into the sanity of Delbert Green, an inmate of the Utah state prison located in Salt Lake county, under sentence of death from the district court of the Second judicial district in and for Davis county, and to suspend execution of the warrant of death pending such investigation.
