OPINION
A. Facts Procedural Posture
{¶ 1} Father-appellant, James Lawson (hereinafter "Lawson"), and mother-appellant, Menyon Matthews (hereinafter "Matthews"), appeal the judgment of the Marion County Court of Common Pleas granting the Marion County Children's Services Board's (hereinafter "CSB") motion for permanent custody of Thomas and Timothy Matthews (hereinafter "Tommy" and "Timothy"). Matthews also appeals the trial court's termination of her parental rights with respect to her daughter, Mersaydeez Hall (hereinafter "Mersaydeez").
