RIPPLE, Circuit Judge.

Joseph Conley brought this action pursuant to the Vocational Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (the “Rehabilitation Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 701 et seq., and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (the “ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq. He claimed that his employer, the Village of Bedford Park (the “Village”), had discriminated against him on the basis of his disability; Mr. Conley is a recovering alcoholic. The district court granted summary judgment for the Village. For the reasons set forth in the following opinion, we affirm the judgment of the district court.
