Plaintiff-appellant Tammy Goddard, by her next friend Wanda Goddard, appeals a summary judgment in favor of defendant appellee Larry Weaver in an action to re*854cover damages for injuries she sustained as a result of multiple dog bites.

The facts most favorable to the non-moving party show that Weaver owned a trailer park in which Goddard and Harold and Katherine Maybrier resided.
