The appellants, ConAgra, Inc., and ConAgra Poultry Company (referred to jointly as ConAgra), appeal from a decree enjoining them for a period of one year (1) from misappropriating any trade secrets of appellee Tyson Foods, Inc. (Tyson), and (2) from continuing the employment of Jerry Dowd in the sale and marketing of poultry products; Mike Flamblin in the involvement of any type of sales or marketing with Burger King/RSI, KFC/Tricon, and IPC/Subway; and John Cur-ran in the sale and marketing of poultry products.
