Maxwell, Judge:

This is an action for damages for personal injury received by the plaintiff in an automobile collision on a public highway. On writ of error, the defendant complains of verdict and judgment against him in favor of the plaintiff for $4100.00. The principal point relied on for. reversal is that the verdict opposes the clear preponderance of the evidence.
