Bronson v. Riffe

This appeal involves two wrongful death actions brought by the executor in each case which were consolidated and tried together in the Circuit Court of Wyoming County. The jury returned a verdict in favor of the defendants in both actions and in the combined case the plaintiffs moved the court to set aside the verdict and grant a new trial. An order was entered by the trial court on February 18, 1963, setting aside the verdict and awarding a new trial to the plaintiffs and upon application to this Court an appeal and supersedeas was granted June 17, 1963 to said judgment.
