This appeal is from a judgment of the Circuit Court for Worcester County in an action brought by the appellent to recover for property damage to its tractor-trailer combination sustained in a collision with the appellee’s truck on the State highway, Route 113, between Berlin and Snow Hill, in Worcester County. The two occupants of the tractor, and the two occupants of the truck were killed in the accident. There were no eyewitnesses.
