Plaintiffs in error, hereinafter called defendants, were convicted for the offense of assault and battery, were fined $1,000 each and were sentenced to 11 months and 29 days in the County jail of Chester County. They have appealed and assigned several errors. The first assignment is too general. The second assignment is as to the *16preponderance of the evidence, which will require a brief statement of same.
