MEMORANDUM DECISION

MARGARET DEE McGARITY, Bankruptcy Judge.

BACKGROUND

This is an old case, but it has not been idle. The plaintiffs motion for summary judgment based on 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(6) was denied early in the case, and their motion for summary judgment based on 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(4) was held in abeyance while the underlying action to determine liability bounced twice from the district court to the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
