Praetorian Insurance Company (“Praetorian”) appeals the district court’s 2 grant of summary judgment and award of attorney’s fees in favor of Site Inspection, LLC (“Site”). We affirm.

Praetorian provides property insurance to hotels nationwide. Jerry Mayo, Praetorian’s property insurance underwriter, has final underwriting authority for all of the policies issued under Praetorian’s “American E & S-KIS Hospitality Program” (the “program”).
