A Starlight Theatre patron fell at the site of one of the theater’s walkways. J. E. Dunn Construction Company was the general contractor for a project near where the injury occurred. PC Contractors, Inc., was a sub-contractor. Both companies and other entities were sued for allegedly causing the unsafe conditions that resulted in the patron’s fall and injury.
