This matter is before the court on the motion for summary judgment of defendanVthird-party plaintiff National Union Fire Insurance [NUFI] (Doc. # 210), filed March 22, 1993.
School Employees Credit Union [SECU] claims that from October, 1986, to April, 1987, Swink & Company [Swink] made untrue statements and omitted material facts in connection with the purchase and sale of securities, in violation of the Arkansas Securities Act, § 23^2-106 and § 23-42-507.
