OPINION
GARDNER, Justice.
I. INTRODUCTION
A jury found Appellant Cortez Jackson guilty of intoxication manslaughter and assessed punishment at sixty years’ confinement. Appellant raises nine points on appeal.
In his first point, Appellant complains that the State’s expert testimony concerning the level of cocaine in his system was speculative and conjectural. Appellant contends in his second and eighth points that the trial court erred in refusing to grant a mistrial.
