This action was brought by plaintiff, the daughter of Addie M. Hazelton, deceased, to recover from the estate of said decedent the sum of $21,178.83 claimed to be the reasonable value of services rendered by her to said decedent from July 1, 1926, to March 10, 1943, “in serving as companion, housekeeper, nurse, furnishing transportation, sewing, washing, ironing and otherwise” for said Addie M. Hazelton, “with the understanding and agreement between said Addie M. Hazelton and Plaintiff that said Addie M.
