This action was originally commenced early in November, 1920, in the superior court for King county, by the plaintiff, Northwest Perfection Tire Company, a Washington corporation of Mt. Vernon, hereinafter called the Mt. Vernon company, seeking recovery of damages from the Perfection Tire Corporation, a Washington corporation of Spokane, hereinafter called the Spokane company, for an alleged breach of contract by the terms of which that company was to furnish to the Mt.
