Andre’ S. Pearson (Claimant), representing himself, petitions for review of an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) that denied him unemployment compensation benefits under Section 402(e) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law), relating to willful misconduct. 1 Claimant argues the Board’s findings are not supported by the record, and 40th Street Fresh Grocer (Employer) did not meet its burden of proving Claimant committed willful misconduct.
