In May, 1968, plaintiff and his wife purchased a retail store and adjoining dwelling under a land contract from the defendants, Edward and Antoinette Easter (the Easters), for $30,250. In addition, the Easters sold them the store’s inventory for $2,106.33 by a separate bill of sale. The fixtures, furnishings, and equipment used in connection with the business were sold under still another bill of sale for $10,000.
