ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF CLASS ACTION SETTLEMENT

The parties have requested approval of their settlement of this class action brought under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. According to the Settlement Agreement, each member of the class who presents a timely claim will receive an equal share of a $23,000 award deposited in the Settlement Fund, and the representative Plaintiff, Kellie Rhodes, will receive a $2,000 award.
