THIS MATTER is before the Court in connection with the Consent Decree entered into between the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“the EEOC”) and Martin Marietta Corporation, now known as Lockheed Martin Company (“MMC”) (collectively “the Parties”). A hearing regarding the fairness, reasonableness and adequacy of the Consent Decree was held March 5, 1997, where the Court heard argument from the Parties and testimony from persons who voiced objections to the proposed Consent Decree.
