An action brought by the Administratrix of the Estate of William D. Webb, deceased, for damages to his widow and two sons for the wrongful death of plaintiff’s intestate as a result of an automobile accident on September 11,1937. The suit was originally commenced against The Willett Company, a corporation, and John Krett, an employee of that Company and the driver of a truck belonging to The Willett Company that collided with the automobile of plaintiff’s intestate.
