Leo Sankey, administrator of the estate of Leo H. Sankey, Jr., deceased, filed a complaint in the circuit court of Cook county against Interstate Dispatch, Inc., and G-lenn Karch, under the Injuries Act for the wrongful death of his son, Leo H. Sankey, Jr., who was killed on January 31,1946, as the proximate result, as plaintiff alleged, of the negligence of the defendants in the operation of a motor truck.
