Plaintiff, Winter-Wolff International, Inc. (“plaintiff’ or “Wolff’) commenced this action asserting various causes of action arising out of the termination of a manufacturer’s representative agreement between Wolff and defendant Alcan Packaging Food and Tobacco Inc. (“defendant” or “Alcan”).
