INTRODUCTION

Plaintiff Angela Jordan, an African-American woman, brings the present action under Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e, et seq. Jordan claims that her former employer, Olsten Health Services and Olsten Corporation (together referred to as “01- sten”), discriminated against her on the basis of her race when it fired her from her position as a client care coordinator in November 1996.
