JONES, Senior Judge:

Appellant was charged with and pleaded guilty to one specification of unauthorized absence in violation of Article 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 886. A special court-martial of officer and enlisted members sentenced appellant to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for six months, forfeiture of $482.00 pay per month for six months, and reduction to pay grade E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence, but suspended all confinement in excess of 60 days pursuant to a pretrial agreement. Before this Court, appellant raises three assignments of…
