— The State of Washington appeals an order suppressing evidence seized during a search of Traci Lynn O’Day’s purse. The State contends the search was properly incidental to the arrest of the driver of a car in which Ms. O’Day was a passenger. Alternatively, the State contends Ms. O’Day validly consented to the search. We affirm the suppression order.
