ORDER ON FIRST INTERIM FEE APPLICATIONS

In the early stages of this case the Court was requested to and did enter an order establishing special procedures for the allowance and payment of interim fees and expenses to professionals and to members of the committees appointed pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 1102. Under the procedures established the parties were permitted to bill the Debtors (“Frontier”) on a monthly basis and Frontier was allowed to pay 75% of the fees requested and 100% of the out-of-pocket expenses, subject to the requirement that within fifteen…
