OPINION
DON WITTIG, Justice.
This is an appeal from an order granting summary judgment on a professional legal liability claim. The trial court entered judgment favoring attorney Kenneth C. Kaye. Under the pleadings, the trial court found one or more of three possible grounds for the defendant: (1) the statute of limitations was not tolled and barred David E. Edwards’s claim for attorney malpractice; (2) the discovery rule was inapplicable to Edward’s claim; or (3) appellant failed to use due diligence in procuring service of process.
